People Dynamics Edge, LLC provides consulting, training, and coaching services – and Wiley Everything DiSC® Products: EPIC Credits, ED Leadership, ED Management, ED Workplace, ED Sales, and ED Emotional Intelligence (EQ); and Facilitator Kits for each of these. The information provided on this website and during our sessions is for educational and professional development purposes. While we strive to provide highly effective strategies – we do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes as a result of using our services.

2. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

If you elect to receive text messages from People Dynamics Edge, LLC, you agree to our SMS terms:

• Program Description: We use text messaging to send service updates, meeting scheduling reminders, and informational resources related to your coaching or training programs.
• Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program – you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at our website’s contact page.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
