Married for 30 years and proud father to three children, Sebastian walks the talk in every aspect of his life. When not delivering transformative workshops and keynotes from his base in beautiful Asheville, NC, he can be found mountain biking through the Blue Ridge Mountains, hiking scenic trails, or training in martial arts - where three decades of practice have deepened his understanding of discipline and mastery.
